Its Beginning to Look a lot Like.....

Sorry for the delay in posting. With the rush of the Thanksgiving holiday and then the beginning of my busy season today, I've been a bit busy. Anyway.....

Black Friday. Ahhh, just the sound of it makes my adrenaline start to rise. As opposed to other people who work in the industry I do (retail), I LOVE this time of year. It brings out the absolute WORSE in people. Anyone who has tried to go shopping during this time of year knows what I am talking about. Shoving, pushing, fighting over stupid crap, trying to save that last dollar and finding just that perfect gift for someone you don't even like...man what a time of year. You're probably thinking "What the hell is the matter with this guy? Is he crazy? Love this time of year?"

Yup, I love it. Cause I can give just as much as I can take when it comes to dealing with stupid customers. Now I'm talking about the ones that come in looking for something, understanding that theres probably a good chance at this time of year we wont have it. Or the nice ones who say please and thank you and stuff like that.

No. I'm talking about the dumb fucks who think...no no...know the world revolves around them. "What do you mean you don't have the book? I drove all the way across town just to get it. I drove X amount of miles cause I knew it was here. This is just stupid. Your stupid. What are you stupid?"

I can take a lot of stuff from people. I usually give it back to them in such a way that they don't understand I'm calling them petty, stupid, dumb, ignorant, conceited, etc. But the one thing that you will not do is call me, or for that matter, one of my employees stupid. One, we work in a bookstore. This takes a certain level of intelligence in the first place. Two, you don't know me fucker, so back the fuck off. And third, and most important, by doing what you just did, you will NEVER get the book you want from me or my store.

I don't care how much it affects sales. I will do everything in my power to make your life a living hell. And I will enjoy every minute of it. My employees will enjoy it as well. And we will all know that you are currently our monkey, and you wont.

Merry fucking X-Mas, dumbass.

Gerbil Thought of the Day: If a parking space at a mall is so important to you that you have to nearly run over an elderly couple and their grandchildren, WAKE THE FUCK UP!!!! Its a parking space!!!! There are plenty more at the mall dumbass; just LOOK for them. Or here's an idea I will throw at you so you can chew on it you ignorant impatient fuck. Wait a few seconds till they walk across!!!! Wow...that was really hard. Geesh....stupid people piss me off.

Come on Sweets tell how your really feel.

This has got to be the most exciting time of the year for the dumbasses they come out in droves. I have worked in retail for 16 years and it only gets worse with every year that passes. People are just so inconciderate to those that work in the retail establishments. I suppose we are beneath them and it does not count if they are nasty to us? I literally over heard a woman say that to her daughter yesterday. No wounder it's worse every year with dumbasses breeding and teaching their young it is okay to be rude.

But don't get me wrong Sweets, I do love this time of year for many reasons. I absolutely love to see dumbasses getting their panties all up in a bunch because they can't find that one special item that Christmas will be spoiled without....Use your brain it's Christmas if you are looking for that item most likely so is someone else. Find something else or get a giftcard and shut the hell up I can not pull it out of my ass...sorry no don't have any left up there. Try back next week maybe I will shit one out by then oh here is our PHONE # call first so you don't have to travel X amount of miles to get here. Thanks and have a nice Day...see you next time. I sit back and laugh sometimes...come on now harrasing the people who could possibly have what you want does that make any since? Oh well I guess to the dumbasses it does.

I love the lights and the decorations. People go all out. It is a great time of the year as long as you find a way to over look all the dumbasses. I vow to do my best not to turn into one of those dumbasses and to keep my Christmas Cheer on my shoulder for every fucker to see. Maybe I'll go visit my local book store and spread some cheer....but then again fuck that I'll wait until after Christmas so not to get confussed with the dumbasses. love ya Sweets

Hey, I parked in the waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay back last night and walked all the way in - and I had ice cream in the car!

Yes, one day in and I broke my promise to stay away from shopping...but the wife wanted some new MST3K and well...I ain't no idiot. :)

I glanced in the bookstore for you Fred, but I didn't see you anywhere...unless you were hiding in the back.
