Has it really been that long??

Wow. I knew I hadnt blogged in a loooooong time, but that is ridiculous.

What has been going on? Hmm.....well, my wife left her job to accept a position at a new store. This change had been coming a long time, and it was definitely time for her to move on. Anyone who reads her blog knows some of the backstory, but this is my take.

Petsmart sucks ass. There, I said it. Any company that can have an employee working for them as long as my wife, and never give her the recognition that she more than deserved doesnt know what they are doing. I mean, she practically ran the damn store for the past 5 years. She was promised this and that here and there, but alas nothing. So, when a another company came a calling, she left. And when she gets in her store, and starts hiring people, Petsmart in Salisbury is in for a shock. Hope they have employees on standby, cause they are going to need them.

Anyway, enough about that terrible chapter. Lets move on to other news. My store is in disarray. Everyone wants to leave. Everyone IS leaving. One supervisor is on the way to Barnes & Noble in the next few weeks, and the other one is going sometime in August. Im staying, not necessarily because I completely want to, but becasue I cant really leave. I have been loyal for the most part to my store and my manager, and I guess because of this, opportunities have passed me by...for now. Hopefully, I will get my chance to go to "the big leagues" at Barnes & Noble at some point. If I can last that long without pulling the rest of my hair out. Things should start to get interesting really soon.

Still looking for land to build a house. Land in this area where we live is HORRIBLE. It should not cost $75,000 for a 1/3 of an acre. Give me a break. Oh well. I guess we just keep looking.

Seems a few friends of mine have been traveling as of late. First, they zoomed off to London for a nice vacation. Then, one of them traveled to Paris with a friend of hers. Zip, zoom, off they go. Glad all went well on both the trips. Still waiting for my videos Atroxi...lol.

So, it's just me and the kiddies till Saturday again. My wife is off training for her new job, and she left today at 2:00. Nothing like driving toward Washington DC on Memorial Day, when everyone is going BACK home from the beaches. Traffic was pretty bad, but she had to go. She made it safe and sound, after a brief directional mixup. Cant wait till she gets back. I am really proud of her and hope things go better at her new store than at the old one. From the looks so far, things will be better.

Oh well, I guess I'll leave off there. I have more to post, but I'll save some for later.

"BREAKING NEWS"
===============

-Energy and Asset Technology, Inc. (EGTY) owns a global license to market
the genetically enhanced Global Cedar growth trees, with plans to
REVOLUTIONIZE the forest-timber industry.

These newly enhanced Globa| Cedar trees require only 9-12 years of growth before they can
be harvested for lumber, whereas worldwide growth time for lumber is 30-50 years.

Other than growing at an astonishing rate, the Global Cedar has a number of other benefits.
Its natural elements make it resistant to termites, and the lack of oils and sap found in the wood
make it resistant to forest fire, ensuring higher returns on investments.
T
he wood is very lightweight and strong, lighter than Poplar and over twice
as strong as Balsa, which makes it great for construction. It also has
the unique ability to regrow itself from the stump, minimizing the land and
time to replant and develop new root systems.

Based on current resources and agreements, EGTY projects revenues of $140 Million
with an approximate profit margin of 40% for each 9-year cycle. With anticipated
growth, EGTY is expected to challenge Deltic Timber Corp. during its initial 9-year cycle.

Deltic Timber Corp. currently trades at over $38.00 a share with about $153 Million in revenues.
As the reputation and demand for the Global Cedar tree continues to grow around the world
EGTY believes additional multi-million dollar agreements will be forthcoming. The Global Cedar nursery has produced
about 100,000 infant plants and is developing a production growth target of 250,000 infant plants per month.

Energy and Asset Technology is currently in negotiations with land and business owners in New Zealand,
Greece and Malaysia regarding the purchase of their popular and profitable fast growing infant tree plants.
Inquiries from the governments of Brazil and Ecuador are also being evaluated.

Conclusion:

The examples above show the Awesome, Earning Potential of little
known Companies That Explode onto Investors Radar Screens.
